Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is offered by Veelix and applies to the creation of static websites at a 50% discounted rate.

• Standard pricing: from R5,000
• Promotional pricing: from R2,500
• Promotion valid: 1 May - 31 May
• Limited to the first 10 clients

2. Scope of Work

The promotion applies strictly to basic static websites, which may include up to 3-5 pages such as Home, About Us, Contact with WhatsApp integration, Services, and Gallery.

Included features:

• WhatsApp contact integration
• Image galleries
• Basic layout design and styling

Clients are encouraged to provide all content, including text, images, and branding. Content creation by Veelix may be provided at our discretion.

3. Exclusions

This promotion does not include:

• User login or authentication systems
• Databases or data storage
• Backend functionality or server-side processing
• File upload systems or dynamic portals
• eCommerce functionality
• API integrations
• SEO services
• Advanced animations or custom system development

Any additional features outside this scope will be quoted separately.

4. Payment Terms

• No upfront payment is required
• Clients must subscribe to the required hosting plan
• Payment plans may be arranged for the once-off design fee
• Full payment must be completed as agreed before final delivery

5. Hosting Requirement

All websites under this promotion require hosting through Veelix at R199 per month. Hosting is mandatory and includes deployment and keeping the website live.

Failure to maintain hosting payments will result in the website being taken offline.

6. Ownership & Access

The website remains active only while the hosting subscription is active. If hosting is cancelled, the website will be disabled.

Clients may request the source code at an additional cost.

7. Revisions & Changes

• Includes 2 revision rounds
• Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate
• New features or changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately

8. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery is 3-7 working days. Timelines depend on client responsiveness, availability of content, and workload capacity.

Delays caused by the client will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

9. Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support is not included by default. Support packages are available at an additional cost.

Any updates or changes after launch will be billed separately or included in a support plan.

10. Promotion Conditions

• Promotion valid for May only
• Limited to the first 10 confirmed clients
• Projects must be initiated within May
• Discount can be secured via an active hosting subscription or agreed payment arrangement

11. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

12. Portfolio Rights

Veelix reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio. This may be waived if agreed with the client.

13. Right of Refusal

Veelix reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
